Tell us how your business will use the space. We need to understand where customers arrive, where staff work, what equipment you need and how much storage to allow. From there, we can discuss the layout, materials and work that needs pricing.
Planning Details
Send us the premises plan, your landlord’s fit-out information, an equipment list and your target opening date. Mark anything you want to keep, and anything supplied by another contractor. We can then identify the site checks and coordination needed for the quotation.
The quotation should list design deliverables, site works, material and cabinetry specifications, exclusions and coordination responsibilities. Ask who provides or coordinates each approval, inspection and handover document for the premises. Do not assume design, construction, furniture and specialist systems are the same scope.
View the linked project galleries and planning checklist, then share your premises information with our team. Scope, programme, responsibilities and handover arrangements are confirmed for each engagement, not promised from a reference image.
Before agreeing a programme, confirm the proposed business use, landlord conditions, actual building works and any business-specific licensing with the responsible project team. The URA, BCA and SFA references below explain relevant checks. Which requirements apply depends on the premises and scope. These references do not show approval or that AND ART holds a particular professional credential.
What we can shape together
- Customer, staff, equipment and storage layout planning
- Brand, material and cabinetry direction
- Defined fit-out works and specialist coordination boundaries
- Programme, site updates and handover expectations agreed in writing
Your questions.
Our published services cover offices, retail, F&B and wellness interiors. Share the premises, business activities, intended use and scope so the team can assess the actual engagement.
Provide the floor plan, premises address, landlord fit-out information, business activities, equipment list, brand references, budget direction and intended opening period. Identify existing conditions and any items provided by other parties.
Only the written agreed scope establishes what is included. Separate design drawings, site works, cabinetry, furniture, equipment and specialist systems. Clarify who supplies, installs, coordinates and checks each item.
Obtain the relevant premises and landlord information early, then record who checks and coordinates applicable requirements and submissions. The required parties and approvals depend on the actual work and premises; a general service description is not an approval.
Explain the operating hours, access restrictions, activities that need to continue and any proposed work phases. Feasibility, disruption controls and programme need to be assessed for that particular site.
Use the related project links for healthcare, clinic, showroom and operations galleries. Project facts and linked sources describe each example; they do not establish an identical scope, budget or programme for a new premises.
