Custom Cabinetry
Plan kitchens, wardrobes and fitted storage around measured space, everyday access and clearly specified materials and hardware.

Tell us what the cabinet needs to hold. Pots and appliances, hanging clothes and folded items need different arrangements. We plan the kitchen, wardrobe or storage unit around those items, the room dimensions and the space you need to open and use it.
Planning Details
Specify the cabinet run, overall height and depth, internal arrangement, doors, drawers, exposed panels and countertop separately. Compare the board or substrate, visible finish, edge treatment and named hardware instead of relying on a colour photograph alone. Material samples help clarify appearance and feel; final specifications belong in the written quotation and drawings.
Describe internal accessories separately. For example, a two-tier pull-out dish arrangement means two layers in one cabinet, not two cabinets. Drawer counts, a jewellery drawer, a trouser rack or other accessories should match the selected scope. A showroom image does not add unlisted accessories to a package.
Bring your layout, appliance dimensions and storage priorities to an appointment at 51 Ubi Avenue 3. The final dimensions, finishes, access requirements and installation arrangements are checked for your site and agreed scope.
What we can shape together
- Kitchen, wardrobe and fitted-storage layout planning
- Cabinet dimensions and internal organisation
- Panel, countertop, finish and hardware specification
- Installation and coordination details within the confirmed scope
Your questions.
Record the overall dimensions and cabinet runs, internal layout, materials, visible finishes, edging, countertop scope, hardware, accessory quantities, installation and exclusions. Ask for clarification where a drawing and quotation differ.
For the published packages, the two-tier pull-out dish arrangement is two layers in the same cabinet. It does not mean two separate cabinets. Confirm the detailed mechanism and layout in the selected specification.
Only the written package or quotation identifies the included quantities. Verify standard drawers, jewellery drawers, trouser racks and other accessories separately rather than counting an illustrative photo.
A screen image is a visual reference. Discuss real samples, supplier options and material specifications with AND ART before confirming a finish.
Published package terms treat the listed items as a bundle; removing an item does not reduce or deduct from the package price. An upgrade may require a top-up confirmed in writing. Check the current package terms and quotation.
Bring the floor plan, appliance sizes, storage priorities and any items you want to retain. Final site dimensions and the installation requirements still need checking.
